How We Are Paid
We introduce owners who want to sell a company to a brokerage partner. If the introduction leads to an engagement, the partner may pay us a referral fee. You do not pay us anything.
What That Means for You
The fee comes from the brokerage, not from you, and it does not change the price a buyer pays. You still decide whether to hire the broker, and the broker's own agreement sets out the broker's charges.
